Role Overview As the Surfacing Lead/Foreman, you'll play a key role in the success of our pool renovation projects. You will manage the crew, ensure quality control, and handle on-site decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead by example, mentor team members, and ensure that every project meets our high standards.
