We're growing and looking for a dependable, organized Admin Assistant who enjoys supporting operations, coordinating schedules, and creating a smooth, professional customer experience.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that blends office administration, scheduling, customer service, and light sales support. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers while helping keep our internal systems organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
• Answer inbound calls and emails professionally
• Welcome and assist showroom visitors
• Book appointments, consultations, and job visits
• Track customer requests and provide closed-loop follow-up
• Coordinate schedules for crews and project managers
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and job files
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping
• Support proposal follow-ups and sales documentation
• Organize digital files and internal systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office administration, operations, or customer service experience (construction/trades preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, CRM, and basic accounting tools
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Professional, reliable, and solution-focused
• Experience using QuickBooks is a strong plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $40-$55k/year DOE
