Sales Support Appointment Setter

Hourly Rate: $8-$12 USD (DOE)

Location: Remote (4+ hours CST overlap)

At Jackson Pool Surfaces, we specialize in renovating pools with an emphasis on precision, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding service. With over 30 years in the industry, we've established ourselves as leaders in the field. We're now looking to expand our team with a dedicated professional who can assist us in strengthening our presence in both the Dominican Republic and the United States.

Role Overview

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll engage with resorts, HOAs, hotel chains, and architects, helping to set the stage for our team to build strong, lasting relationships. The role involves a balance of outreach and administrative support, ensuring that our CRM and scheduling systems stay up to date to drive our growth forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule consultations
• Coordinate and manage calendars, specifically for site visits in the Dominican Republic in early December
• Keep CRM data up to date, tracking lead stages and reporting conversion metrics
• Conduct research on key accounts, decision-makers, and competitors (e.g., Vuba Stone)
• Attend brief daily operational check-ins, including verifying crew clock-ins (10-20 minutes in the AM) and sharing weather updates on production days

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both English and Spanish with strong communication skills, especially when engaging with executives and property teams
• Prior experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot or ServiceTitan) and Google Workspace
• Organizational skills, persistence, and comfort using scripts to manage conversations and objections
• Bonus Points: Experience in hospitality, real estate outreach, or familiarity with the Caribbean region
