Role Overview

As a Field Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on pool renovation sites. You will ensure that the work is performed safely, efficiently, and meets Jackson Pool Surfaces' quality standards. This role requires collaboration with the Project Coordinator and leadership team to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews on multiple pool renovation projects
• Serve as the on-site leader for safety, workmanship, and job execution
• Ensure renovations meet quality standards, project timelines, and specifications
• Perform daily job site inspections and address issues proactively
• Work with the Project Coordinator to organize crew workflow and job readiness
• Train and mentor crews, ensuring they follow performance and behavioral standards
• Solve on-site challenges related to materials, equipment, and conditions
• Communicate job progress, issues, and updates to the Project Coordinator and leadership team
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Verify the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Assist with final project steps, including punch lists and site closeouts

Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pool renovation, construction, masonry, or a related field
• Previous experience leading crews or working as a foreman or supervisor
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and job sequencing
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions on-site
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with office staff and crew members
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between job sites
• Able to work in outdoor conditions and on active construction sites

• Salary: $60,000 to $72,000 per year (based on experience)
