Overview

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse, supporting the field crew, and ensuring operations run smoothly. This role involves managing stock, optimizing warehouse organization, and working closely with the office team to handle supplies, safety standards, and communication between field crews and the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Owner and Operations staff to develop an organizational plan for the warehouse
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all areas of the warehouse and surrounding spaces
• Assist in unloading deliveries and loading materials for the field crew
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on power tools and small equipment
• Monitor and track materials moving in and out of the warehouse
• Maintain OSHA safety certifications through Jackson Pool Surfaces (JPS)
• Ensure tasks are performed safely and to the highest standards of quality
• Communicate effectively with the Owner and Operations Manager about safety, quality, and other concerns
• Play a key role in developing Standard Operating Procedures for warehouse operations
• Perform other duties as needed, including vehicle documentation updates and research on plumbing and construction materials

• Ability to perform basic math and communicate effectively through reading and writing

Working Environment

• Large industrial tools, cleaning equipment, and machinery
• Periodic use of computers for training, research, and inventory tracking
• Working conditions include extreme temperatures, noisy environments, flexible schedules, and early or late hours depending on the needs of the team

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of general labor experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Grandview
• Physically capable of performing tasks as required
• Experience with forklifts is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
