Jackson Pool Surfaces is seeking an experienced foreman to lead residential and commercial pool resurfacing projects. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who has experience with cement-based finishes and enjoys leading a crew in a hands-on environment.

We focus on pool renovation, resurfacing, and repair work, delivering durable finishes and consistent results for our clients.

Position Summary

You will oversee daily field operations, manage a small crew, and ensure all work is completed to company standards. This position requires both leadership and active participation in surfacing and repair work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew members on pool resurfacing and repair projects
• Apply and oversee installation of plaster, pebble, or similar surface finishes
• Inspect surfaces and confirm proper preparation prior to application
• Maintain project timelines and ensure work meets quality expectations
• Provide on-site direction, coaching, and training to team members
• Monitor tools, materials, and equipment to ensure job readiness
• Address challenges related to weather, materials, or site conditions
• Coordinate with project leadership to support efficient job completion
• Communicate with customers and partners on-site as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastering, concrete finishes, or pool surfacing
• Previous experience leading or supervising a crew
• Knowledge of cementitious materials and application techniques
• Strong problem-solving ability in field conditions
• High attention to detail and quality control standards
• Experience training or guiding team members
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for projects
