Field Supervisor Pool Renovation

Location: Various Job Sites (Missouri and surrounding areas)

Pay: $60,000 to $72,000 per year

Jackson Pool Surfaces is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee active pool renovation projects and support daily crew operations. This role is suited for someone with hands-on construction experience who can lead teams, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently in the field.

You will work across multiple job sites, coordinating crews and ensuring each project is completed safely and to specification.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily activity on pool renovation job sites
• Lead crews and provide direction on work execution and quality standards
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work stays on schedule
• Conduct site checks to identify and resolve issues early
• Coordinate with internal staff to ensure materials, equipment, and crews are ready
• Train team members on proper techniques and company expectations
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to leadership
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and safety practices
• Assist with final walkthroughs and project completion steps

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in construction, renovation, or a related trade
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Understanding of job sequencing and construction quality standards
• Strong problem-solving ability in a field environment
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with both crews and office staff
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
