Sales Support Appointment Setter

Location: Remote (minimum 4 hours overlap with CST)

Pay: $8 to $12 USD per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Jackson Pool Surfaces is seeking a bilingual professional to support lead generation and scheduling efforts as part of our growing sales operations. This remote position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with business clients across different markets.

You will play a key role in connecting with prospective customers and ensuring our internal systems remain accurate and up to date.

What You Will Do

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, email, messaging apps, and professional networks
• Respond to incoming inquiries and qualify opportunities before scheduling consultations
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, including upcoming site visits
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track lead activity
• Research companies, contacts, and industry competitors to support outreach efforts
• Participate in short daily check-ins and assist with basic operational updates
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations team

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems and standard office tools
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable following outreach scripts and handling objections
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Additional Experience That Helps

• Background in hospitality, real estate, or B2B outreach
• Familiarity with Caribbean markets or international clients
